Looking for a broker sales rep for a GA to cover the Sacramento and Valley territory. Good base salary and you're paid on the book so you don't have to go from hero to zero every year.
Service is white glove, so you can focus on sales and not get bogged down fixing issues. The support team helps with quoting, underwriting, new business, and enrollment meetings. They each have a role but everyone is crossed trained so there’s never down time with any illness or vacation.
You’ll never lose a relationship due to service!
You won’t need a ton of brokers and you don’t need to be all things to all people. You can pick your partners and go deep with the broker/consultants who buy into the service model and what you’re doing.
