Job Description

We are looking for outside sales rep for an ancillary benefits company in multiple locations. This is a new, dynamic and tech-based insurance company that focuses on ease of use, tailored pricing, and a unique commitment to preventative care.   It is one of the fast growing insurance companies of it's kind.

What you'll do:

An MDE is responsible for introducing the company to a brand new territory and establishing as many partnerships as possible with brokerages in that territory.  

Who you are:

You’re experienced in sales & sales operations who can act as a decision maker and subject matter expert. You’re proficient in CRM software, able to identify data trends and promote actionable insights and mitigation.  You are able to to use a variety of tactics (e.g. phone, email, web conferencing) to develop relationships and educate brokers in order to work through a high volume of proposals to win new clients.  


You'll be joining a fun work environment with collaborative & supportive group of people but will not be micromanaged. You are trusted to manage your own territory.

  • Salary is up to $100K depending on experience. 
  • Incentive comp based on RFP generation and new business.
