We are looking for Channel Manager for an ancillary insurance company.
You will assist the Head of Medical Carrier Partnership in strategic business development, building on the foundation of a maturing business segment, enhancing value proposition, and generating new growth through new and existing partnerships.
A core responsibility is managing and driving growth with the Strategic Medical Carriers, Health Plans, and healthcare-oriented partners. You will act as point of contact for leader level relationships at partners, such as those responsible for specialty (non-medical) products. Further, you will serve as a sponsor for the business unit, supporting the overall business plan, leading key initiatives, engaging in project work, and the stewarding partners through the sales cycle, from prospect to partnership implementation and, ultimately, partner management.
The success of the role will heavily depend on building strong and trusted partnerships with all areas of the Group Benefits organization and having the ability to influence and manage people over whom there is no direct authority.
